“Coding is the new literacy!” Just like we want our kids to have a strong foundation in reading and math, we can now also give them a strong foundation in technology.
We offer afternoon camps and evening camps to accommodate parents’ work schedules and other activities the kids may be involved in.
All of our classes run as small groups with plenty of individualized attention aimed at building confidence and skills while enjoying the journey!
Python (Grades 6-10)
Learn real world programming using the same language used by coders all over the world, including by NASA engineers. Develop a strong foundation and good programming habits in these carefully and systematically taught classes. Kids complete fun projects every step of the way and will eventually learn game design. Programming is like learning a new language that will open up a whole new world!
Level 1, Pre-requisite: None
Level 2, Pre-requisite: Python 1 or equivalent
Level 3, Pre-requisite: Python 2 or equivalent

Web Design 1 (Grades 6-10)
Learn HTML and CSS to design and create your own Web Page, complete with your own personal touch

Touch Typing 1 (Grades 3-10)
Knowing how to type allows your child to share their thoughts and ideas with the world in a powerful way. Typing allows them to focus on being creative and get their homework done efficiently. It is also a foundational skill for becoming an effective coder. It allows them to quickly and accurately capture their flow of logic when they are coding.
Our classes help establish good typing habits. Little challenges and rewards along the way make the process fun! Once the foundation is there, it is just a matter of practice… once the kids see how powerful and liberating it is to be able to touch type, it is just a matter of time before it becomes effortless!

Tuition:
Junior Robotics and Intro to Coding (K-2)
In this class, kids will learn to use a friendly little robot to traverse mazes, deliver messages, start fun chain reactions and more … We will play programming games and begin to explore drag and drop coding to design our own interactive stories and games.

Tuition:
Robotics, Coding, and More (Grades 3-6)
In this fun filled week, kids will program a friendly little robot to traverse mazes, deliver messages, join a dance party … We will also play programming games and explore Scratch coding to design our own interactive stories and games.
We also introduce your child to touch typing with correct finger placements. It is never too early to form good habits! Touch typing is an invaluable skill that allows your child to freely express their thoughts and ideas, efficiently finish their homework, and accurately program using real world programming languages like python and java.

Tuition:
Registration/Payment/Withdrawal
Please register your student online. We will send you payment information as soon as we receive your registration. A spot can only only be held once we receive your payment.
There is a $25 registration fee per class.
A refund minus $50 will be issued for all requests for withdrawal received via email at least 4 weeks prior to the start of class. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals less than 4 weeks prior to the start of class.
